MachineGuard, The Crime Prevention Federation for the Gaming and Leisure Industry is delighted to announce the appointment of Heather Ette as Networking and Membership Services Manager for MachineGuard-UK and its subsidiary organization, BusinessGuard.

Heather said “The MachineGuard team has been working hard to develop a raft of new, soon-to-be-launched initiatives, designed to add value to members’ current benefits whilst making the MachineGuard Federation’s portfolio of crime-prevention initiatives the most comprehensive and competitive range available anywhere in the market. I have been working with Gary and Robert since 2004 to help develop the MachineGuard portfolio and am delighted to be appointed to this new position to drive these benefits forward. As Networking and Membership Services Manager my aim will be to communicate the many benefits of membership and help the industry take advantage of the new opportunities they will be presented with to increase the effectiveness of security to their employees and premises.”

Gary Pettengell, MachineGuard MD said “Heather is a real asset to our organization with vast experience of the industry gained through a nine year career in the gaming and leisure industry. Since joining us on a consultancy basis following her previous career as Marketing Manager at ATE where she managed the marketing campaigns of ATEI, ICE and ATE’s conferences, Heather has proved a great help in formalizing new ideas and helping us market them effectively. We are confident that she is the right person to provide sound advice and assistance to our membership, increase the effectiveness of our member benefits and help deliver the new initiatives we will be launching over the coming months.”
